A needle test was done in Dec and we have not heard from the hospital yet. The date today is 14 Feb 2018. Four Phone calls to consultants secretary has been made. Voicemails have been made with no joy. Even tried to speak to the ENT manager today but the ext. was not picked up. I am not sure what to do. I am hesitant to make a formal complaint as up until now the service/Care has been good. The hospital is not meeting it’s pledge of 2 weeks.
