"had to wait two weeks for results!"

Had to wait two weeks for results (they said 7-10 days)- around 10 days longer than friends using other clinics in London for the same test.

Had to ring up to get the results (almost impossible to find a phone number- you have to google to get it) - said they were a 'bit behind'. No apology.

I’m sorry about this. People should receive their results in seven to 10 days but we know that there have been some delays recently as our clinic has been very busy. The person you spoke to on the phone should have apologised for this.
