"My daughter"

My daughter was recently unwell and my wife contacted the surgery to seek advice; a doctor called back and gave us this immediately.  The following day, with limited improvement in my daughters situation I rang the surgery for advice, the reception staff were friendly, helpful and efficient; again, a doctor called back very quickly and offered a consultation within two hours.

This service was excellent and friendly, my wife and I both felt like our daughter really mattered, a very important thing when you are anxious about a child - thank you Port View Surgery.
