Upon arrival I was greeted by friendly reception staff and was sent to a comfortable, clean waiting area with a hot drinks machine (free to use, just get a token from reception).

I was seen by the doctor who was informative and made me feel reassured an relaxed.

The nurses were all friendly and chirpy and made the whole experience of a hospital visit a pleasant one.
