What I liked

When we needed it they were there sorting out problems

What could be improved

Paying for parking has to be in coins, finding £12 every day for a week aint easy. Food was abysmal, information from midwifes was contradictory, other patients and families were noisy and stayed far beyong visiting times.

At times it felt like we were being spied on as they talked about us behing our backs. Now we dont trust them, dont want to go back, and are looking for alternatives though we are only 5 minutes away.

Anything else?

The rules they laid down were rather silly. Baby not allowed to join mum in the bathroom, no food in the fridge, not alowed to leave the car seat, had to keep carrying it back and forth every time they said we could go home. The beds are squeezed tight together so little privacy, the noise made it hard to sleep.
