(as the patient),

From entering the department the medical secretary, nurses, doctor and housekeeper giving a most welcome cuppa and sand which after the procedure were all very polite, friendly and most efficient making me feel at ease explaining said procedure and also to the nurse I spoke to on telephone after leaving for some advice on a discharge medication was very helpful, A big thank you to all, a credit to your unit and Ayrshire and Arran health board at Ayr hospital, a big Thanks to you all x
