"Rude receptionist"

Receptionist and a nurse that was at the desk made feel idiot for even going in and asking about a meningitis jab as I had been advised by work to go and have a top up because of a situation at work, I work full time and my work is not flexible and I can never get an appointment when I need one and just get rudeness from the receptionist when I tell the receptionist what times I can do and they start tell me times outside of the times I can do they are very rude and unhelpful when I can do the times they suggest been at this docters for a long time never had a good experience so I never go
