I have had to visit NGH quite a few times recently for different reasons and on each occasion I have received the best care and kindness from all members of staff. The eye department is continuing to look after me and I have found the staff to be helpful and considerate when I ring about appointments. On my last visit the consultant gave me a great deal of his time to make sure I was happy with the proposed treatment.
I had a colonoscopy a few weeks ago and can not praise the team highly enough for their care and patience. There were a lot of people on the ward and yet I was given all the care and attention I needed when it was my turn.
Today I had a abdomen ultrasound was called in at the exact time of my appointment and everything was explained to me.
Thank you NGH. You do a great job.
