"The best surgery I've ever had"

I would like to say that after 30 years at my old surgery my husband & I finally decided to leave especially after the original doctor died & other retired. Since joining Albion we have been amazed at how pleasant & helpful the telephonist/receptionists are (as we all know some surgeries you have to tell the person online your problem/& more before even getting an appointment!) as was the case in old surgery. Albion staff seem to do more than their best to accommodate you, if they can't they actually CALL you back after seeking advise elsewhere. The system works there, the staff are friendly, all doctors that I have seen so far are enthusiastic, willing to help and ask if there is anything else they can do for you!!!! I have heard horror stories from friends re appointments/length of time etc but to date have not experienced any of this at the Albion. I say Congratulations Albion we sing your praises all the time,
