Needing to have a pacemaker fairly urgently,I was so impressed with the care and consideration of every member of staff who I came into contact with.
The procedure was explained clearly and any queries I had were dealt with immediately.
As a retired nurse I can appreciate how far medical technology has advanced but I'm pleased that care and professionalism hasn't been forgotten!
