"Very Poor Service"

About: Harrogate District Hospital / Respiratory medicine

Patient who has had regular contact due to what seems to be a severe illness. Have had to research via Google to get information relating to illness. When contacted the department, on one occasion I was told they didn't deal with my illness and now constantly told to visit GP although severe pain seems to be caused by illness. Only last week, I was advised to take an over the counter medication which reacted very badly with an existing medication resulting in further pain and distress.

Maybe they should care about the patient.
