"Rude staff"

I have visited twice in maternity emergent in zone 4.. and seriously I felt the same as my frds also adviced me for not to register my maternity in newham because of their service and about the staff that they are v rude, but I don’t listen to them as I hav a good experienced in the fertility department so thought my frd must had a bad day when they visited but unfortunately I was wrong.. :-(

The staff are not at all co-operative and top of that they r v rude I don’t knw how I am going to deliver my baby here even the docters are ok ..

when the patient come to the hospital by talking to the midwife and the docters they feel good n better but the way they speak make the patient more tense abt their health..

The staff should change their rude behaviour
