"Absolutely faultless, excellent on every..."

What I liked

I have had to use this service twice for two separate problems:

On both occasions I got an appointment within a week, it was at exactly the time arranged,

My Physiotherapist quickly engaged with my problem, the advice given worked from the word go..

There was a clear explanation of what was causing the problem..I was not fobbed off with comments about "it's just old age"..which is very improtant to me at only 64!

Neither problem has returned, (these consulatations were 3yrs and 10 months ago.)

I cannot rate this service highly enough!

What could be improved

I am not the easiest of 'patients' and was dealt with with firm but tactful proffessionalism...
