"A&E waste of time"

About: Bristol Eye Hospital

Went to a&e because I lost vision in one eye being a diabetic is featedvan eye bleed or worse

Kept waiting fir 4 hours before being seen then told 'well you're supposed to keep up with laser appointments! THEY had cancelled everyone over the last 12 weeks citing staff shortages!

I was told I shouldn't of give to a&e and instead made a routine appt?

So after h confirmed I had indeed had eye bleed and told to go away and wait for a letter in the post I was then told to not come to a&e again!

So if you suddenly can't see is that not an emergency?

Awful place, people queue jumping after complaining to staff on waiting.
