The car parking for patients at your hospital is absolutely horrific, it too me 35 minutes today to find 1 parking space. What would have happened if I missed my appointment because of going round in circles to find a parking space. In my opinion this is dreadful.

I am really sorry that you had issues finding a car parking space at the hospital recently as there has been lots of work undertaken reviewing car parking and in general feedback has been much better. We do have ongoing work happening regarding car parking and hope to have more improvements in place later this year. If you would like further feedback about your concerns please contact the PALS (Patient Advice and Liaison service) department who can assist you to discuss your concerns with appropriate staff members or forward this to the complaints team if required.
