"Fantastic service"

About: Luton & Dunstable Hospital / Neurology

I attended the neurology on 31.1.18, the doctor was great., He fully explained the EEG process and was very kind and caring, putting me at ease. The hospital then did everything in there power to get the results to me ASAP, the staff were amazing in being proactive and persistent with supporting with this. Bedford hospital could learn a lot from L&D with regards to customer service.
