My wife and I have only been with this practice for about 5 years, but we have always been impressed by the service we have received. Telephone calls are answered politely and helpfully, and appointments made easily. The reception staff have always been cheerful and welcoming, and take their time to listen. They never rush or make you feel unwelcome even if the surgery is very busy.
The nursing staff are well trained and well informed, again always cheerful and make you feel at ease in what are sometimes stressful/worrying situations.
A particular doctor is the only GP we have had appointments with and he has been welcoming, very well informed and re-assuring. We both trust his opinion.
We have had call-backs from other GPs when required: these have been prompt and the advice given has been entirely appropriate.
Overall, a very good service and the whole environment is welcoming and re-assuring, and also professionally very competent.
