This surgery has gone downhill ever since the previous doctor left. The doctor is extremely rude and it seems like an inconvenience to actually have an appointment with him.
A number of the staff are very rude and comforting on the phone when you call, they make you feel stupid for even trying to get an appointment when genuinely ill. It is very upsetting and causing unnecessary stress. The new system is senseless and wastes more time that it did before!
