What I liked
My son (19) was the patient, having a dislocated shoulder repaired and we both thought every member of staff was cheerful, courteous and helpful. We were very impressed.
What could be improved
It appeared that more than one member of staff was collecting the same data which could perhaps have been avoided.
Anything else?
Even the food was good!
