About: Bradford Royal Infirmary / Accident and emergency

On arrival in ED we were booked in by a very helpful receptionist. I attended with my son because he had a wrist injury. Peads ED was busy but we were triaged soon after arrival and sent for an X-ray. Everyone was very courteous and treated my son well. I would have preferred the triage room door to be closed during the consultation. Some time later we were reviewed by the lovely Dr and treated by two fantastic nurses. We were out of the department within 2 hours. I am thankful for our brilliant NHS and all those that work in Bradford ED for the outstanding care you gave to my son.
