I went into hospital after having a bad fall down concrete steps

I expected to be treated with care in case I had broken or seriously damaged me spin as I was in considerable pain.

The doctor took little or no notice of what I was telling them and insisted I do assorted exercises including bending sidewards as far as possible and bending down to touch my toes. Needless to say I have been in much more pain since my visit there.

I was actually given an x-ray which lead the doctor to believe that I have indeed damaged or broken part of my lower spine.

I will now seek further confirmation at another hospital and hope that the exercises that ESH made me do have not cause any further damage to my spine.

The actions of the doctor I had the misfortune to see, could have left my paralised and should not be allowed near anyone with a spine injury ever again
