"Good work from a busy A&E"

About: The Great Western Hospital / Accident and emergency

My friend was admitted as an emergency on a saturday evening.

She was treated quickly and efficiently despite the team being very busy with lots of ambulances coming and going.

The friendly manner in which the doctor and nurse spoke to her allayed her fears and they kept her informed of what they were doing, why and what would happen next. The department was clean and well maintained .
