What I liked

So far I have had 3 operations at Gatwick Park, both hips replaced and a bursa removed. I now feel 30 years younger and am looking for a toyboy.

The entire staff were extremely helpful and caring. I was made to feel very safe and relaxed. My surgeon was excellent both in his manner and his capabilities.

Going into Gatwick Park was an extremely pleasant experience and my initial fear of hospitals and operations, not having had one in over 50 years, vanished almost as I arrived.

The rooms were cleaned regularly and the food was excellent.

What could be improved

I could not think of a single thing that could have been improved and for someone like me, who is prone to complain regularly, if a service I receive is not up to my exacting standards,
