"No good"

About: Lindley House Health Centre

I took my 4 year old son to get checked out as he’s not been well for a couple of weeks. Already been up in the week to be told it’s viral. I took him because I was concerned about his breathing. He was checked over told again it’s viral..

That same evening Sunday 11th February I had to get an ambulance as he was worse!! At the hospital after tests and oxygen I was told he has severe tonsillitis and croup!!! Severe tonsillitis that a doctor should have saw that afternoon..

I understand it’s very busy and I hate complaining about these things but I am fuming and find it totally bizarre a so called doctor can not detect tonsillitis or croup!!

I am sorry to hear of your disappointment with our service. As all comments are anonymised on NHS Choices, I am unable to look into your record and investigate what has happened.

If you would be so kind as to contact the practice on 0161 785 7520 and ask to speak with myself directly, I would be more than happy to look into and discuss your concerns with you.

Thank you

Mary Byrom
