"Pathetic"

About: Peterlee Community Hospital

Arrived 5 mins late due to parking was hurrendous to be stood at the desk for over 10minutes while 1 receptionist couldnt book people in for answering the phone. When she eventually did try and book me in she again said sorry I've got to answer the phone to have me waiting again then to say your now 15mins late I dont think you can be seen. Fumin is an understatement.
