Stevie of Hamilton,

I am so sorry to hear that your wife has had a stroke. This must have been a very worrying situation for your wife and yourself. I do hope that she is recovering well and I wish you both the very best.

I would like to thank you for your feedback that you have chosen to share on Care Opinion. It is good to read that your wife was treated in a manner I would expect the Service to provide. Making a patient who has suffered a stroke comfortable is of the utmost importance as it is a frightening time for the patient. If you would like I could attempt to have this feedback forwarded to the crew and their manager. If that is what you would like you can email me whenever suits on scotamb.corporateaffairs@nhs.net, I will need the date and rough time we attended and at what address and your wifes name.

Once again I wish you both all the very best.

Alan

Dear Stevie of hamilton,

Thank you for taking the time to get in touch. It's good to know that was attended to and transferred to hospital so quickly. Like Alan, I appreciate what a difficult and stressful time this must have been for you, your wife and your family.

The hospital "team" will be pleased to receive your feedback and learn of the positive impact they've had on your family; I hope this continues to be your experience of our services during your wife's convalescence.

Kind regards
