What I liked
Doctor in A&E was fantastic and had quick access to specialist opthomologist who came down to A&E really quickly.
What could be improved
Communications between the Dr that sees you first and then the nurse that does the first proceedure needs to be improved. They just told her what to do without explaining what the problem was so she had no idea. Also, she was very rough handed, she could have been a little more sensitive. In follow up appointments whilst seeing the specialist, 2 different staff members interrupted my appointment for trivial matters which wasn't very professional. They could have waited until the doctor had finished with me.
"Good care and access to top specialists."
