"Excellent care and attention"

My elderly mother was admitted to orthopaedic trauma and the Keppel Ward with broken hip. We could visit at any time.

At anytime the ward was very clean, bedding crisp, the ladies comfortable and cared for. The staff were very responsive to any requests or concerns. I visited my mother one morning on Keppel Ward and was very impressed by the calmness and cleanliness.

There was some soft background music playing, alll patients looked very relaxed and comfortable.

The health care assitsant was sitting writing, looked up, smiled and welcomed us.

I would have no concern at being a patient or my relatives being a patient of the staff of these 2 wards.
