My Mum was rushed in three times last year, firstly with a 6 day stay in intensive care, then a ward for a few days, the second just 1 night the third a few hours in A&E
Each time the care & attention from staff was fantastic.
The intensive care ward is outstanding. It is such a worrying time for both the patient and the family but the staff eased the worry through excellent care & kindness.
The regular ward seemed understaffed (as is the while of the NHS) but my mum still recieved excellent care whilst there.
Each visit started in A&E and they are fabulous too.
Even take the time to point family in the direction of a complimentary drink area - again eased anxiety during acdifficult time.
We can not praise this hospital enough & thank all concerned from the bottom of our hearts that our Mum is well again!
"Brilliant"
