"Amazing NHS"

In the last few months I have had to visit the N&N many times for pregnancy related complicaations and also for an operation on an abcess. I had to go to A&E on a Friday night (which I was dreading) but the staff were all so amazingly professional and caring; I was seen quickly and efficently by nurses and a doctor.

Having never been in hospital before I was anxious about having an operation but the staff on the surgical ward and Cley ward were fantasitc. We had a long wait due to it being the weekend and emergencies take priority (righy so) once I was taken to theatre the staff there must have been exhasued but they were so lovely and caring - the anesetist who held my hand throughout the operation, constantly reassured me and I will forever be greatful to the professional team who operated on me.

The NHS is often criticised but I truly coulld not have had better care and I feel all these people who work tirelessly to provide it are amazing.
