"Treatment of my mum 10 2 18"

About: Minehead Community Hospital

I took my mum age 89 to minor injuries this evening and wanted to thank the staff we saw for being so caring and helpful . The receptionist was patient as she is a bit deaf and was scared , the nurse practitioner was absolutely wonderful gave great advice and the problem a very personal one is partially resolved. She was treated with such dignity and respect.

We were so sorry to hear that your mum has not been well and needed to access one of our MIU's. We would like to thank you for taking some time to share your positive experience of our MIU in Minehead, it is always great to hear that our teams are doing such a good job.
