"Eye surgery"

I visited Circle bath as an NHS patient for a second cataract surgery following an earlier similar surgery on my other eye.

The experience this time was unfortunately not as pleasant as the first, largely because the surgeon was complete uncommunicative and did not speak or spek to me at any time, the previous surgeon on the first eye had told me each step that was being taken so there were no surprises and I felt reassured and confident in the procedure. This time complete silence and the feeling that I was on a conveyor belt

The result however seems to be very successful at this early moment, and on the face of it I am benefiting from his obvious skill, if not his beside manner....!
