What I liked
i attended pre assessment clinic on 22 3 11. i was impressed with the high standard of care from reception to completion. the nursing staff were professional and all information regarding my planned procedure was well explained with time to ask questions about my concerns.
it was a good "one stop" service meaning any investigations such as blood and ECG coould be done prior to admission and if any problems would save these being done on day of admission and if any problem would have to be sent home.
the leaflets given regarding what to expect were also good and clear to understand
a very positive experience and staff should be congratulated.
