"Shocking patient care, disgusting and..."

About: Charing Cross Hospital / Accident and emergency

One has to wonder if any person in this hospital understands any aspect of patient care, respect, dignity or even how to address patients. There is no respect for patients and whilst there is the excuse of constant pressure the staff are rude, aggressive and only interested in their hospital process than actually providing care! It is disgustingly shambolic, completely unorganised and everyone seems to be running around apparently doing something but nothing seems to get done !

Patient care is shocking and treatment of people disgusting. No understanding of providing decent care and helping patients.

No Organisational, No information dissemination not capability displayed and for all their process and procedures they are unable to cope and deliver solution driven treatment! Their only solution is to inform patients that they can leave if they want but they need to sign discharge forms.

What a disgrace! Each year we hear the same thing and it gets worse but these hospitals apparently need more money to spend on even more inefficiencies!
