My 3yr old was assessed in A&E today & the speed at which she was seen was very reassuring. She was immediately assessed by a nurse practitioner and then the paediatrician. The bedside manner of her doctor was fantastic - very caring and compassionate - really managed to calm my daughter down. The assessment was v thorough and nothing was too much trouble - impeccable service; thank you.
