"appointment constantly cancelled"

Absolutely furious in way I’ve been treated I’ve been seen once now on my 3rd cancelled appointment and another two months before I will be seen if that is, I’m actually seen at all.

We are very sorry to hear that you have experienced these cancelled appointments.

We are experiencing challenges in provided continuity of staffing and minimalizing cancellations and are doing some work in reorganising community services which are aimed to improve in this area.
