"Consistent excellence on every conceivable..."

I have been a patient on the Derby Road doctors surgery since I was born, sixty four years ago. I recall all the former well known equally excellent GP’s over the decades.

At present two of the GP's in particular have been marvellous with my family’s history over many stressful occasions.

This afternoon one of these GP's kindly visited a very frail and elderly patient and reassured that she was doing well and clarified many issues that she was concerned about, since leaving a CareHome. A big thank you to all the staff tha makes the team flourish and so consistently successful.

I hope this will be noted somewhere so that the professionalism is both accepted, acknowledged and appreciated.
