I had to take my young grandson for an eye clinic appointment this morning.
I needed to explain why he had missed two previous appointments last September.
I started to explain to the receptionist that the family had recently been bereaved by loss of the child's father just prior to the appointments.. She IMMEDIATELY found the consultant involved and who in turn saw me IMMEDIATELY. I quickly tried to explain the situation.
She was so kind and was aware how to handle him.
Not only that, she forewarned 3 other persons who would be having to deal with him as well.
The visit went well despite him not being very cooperative.
I just cannot thank each and every person that I spoke to, enough, for their kindness and patience despite being so busy as usual in the department.
"UNBELIEVABLE KINDNESS AND COMPASSION"
