"Mixed admission"

About: Scottish Ambulance Service Victoria Hospital (Kirkcaldy)

(as the patient),

Mixed admission this time. SAS usual efficient selves with right treatment, right time. Front door NHS Fife variable! Appreciate very busy but not person centered or at times appropriate in my experience.

Once moved to Wd51 the care was excellent with all staff friendly, caring and showing a wide range of skills. The atmosphere in the wards was professional and hands on clinical leadership from Val the SCN.
Special mention to diet kitchen too who met all my needs.

Good Morning JMommy,

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback with us on Care Opinion. I do hope you are making a speedy recovery. I am also enthused to hear the words you have used to describe the service and it is kind of you to do so.

If you would like me to send this feedback to the crew and their manager I am more than happy to do so. If so, can you you contact me on scotamb.corporateaffiars@nhs.net telling us the date, time and address that the ambulance was called.

I wish you all the best and thanks again.

Alan
