I attended the E.D. department at 10.30pm on a very busy Tuesday evening.
I would just like to say Thank-You very much, to the staff that attended to me.
Unfortunately I had a nose bleed that had continued for over 2.5 hours and by the time I arrived at A&E it had begun bleeding profusely, and I began to feel as though I was going to pass out.
The A&E Registrar, the ENT surgeon and the Nurse in charge were all absolutely lovely to both me and my daughter who had accompanied me.
I am proud to say that I have worked for the NHS for over 40 years and am only too aware of the pressures that E.D. departments are under these days, therefore I was most grateful to the kindness, professionalism and skill delivered to me, when I was feeling at my most vulnerable.
Well Done KGH
Thank-You
Carol
