I had the what I would describe as unusual pleasure of returning to the oesophageal lab to have test carried out again. the department used to be this small little crowded room. well no longer it was a much bigger more appropriate room purely clinical room and I was told they now have a separate office much better for us patients the fact they have more room and space allows them to provide a better service and I could feel the difference.
the staff were lovely as per usual friendly and funny and always keeping me at ease
love the staff in this department and very happy that they got a new department and that they seem to be more settled now
love the staff here
I am glad that the staff are happy and seem more settled and have reduced waiting times it make a amazing impact on our time in hospital the staff are to be commended
