"A neutral ear to listen to my problems"

About: Inclusion Cambridgeshire

(as a service user),

When I came to inclusion I was at my lowest ebb. I had just come off a 15 bottle of wine binge but have had problems with alcohol for years.

Frances was wonderful. Caring and friendly and very straight to the point she has been a neutral ear to listen to my problems. Wonderful!

Hi Izarye93

Hopefully this is the start for you as you have been drinking for years. All I can say is that it was a great decision you made to seek help and I'll ensure that Frances is aware of your comment.

I like the neutral ear comment... kind of confirms we are a non-judgemental service which is the minimum we can expect. Its great that things are beginning to look up for you and you achieve everything you set out to do.

Thanks

Paul
