"Thankful for all the help I've received"

About: Perinatal Mental Health Services / Hounslow Perinatal Mental Health Service

(as a service user),

I wasn't judged. My mental health was taken seriously. i didn't feel a burden.

My thoughts, feelings and emotions were listened to, i didn't feel alone.

At the end I can say I'm proud of the person I've become, I'm thankful for all the help I've received.
