About: Cardinal Centre / Recovery Team (west)

(as a service user),

Have always been referred to Hounslow Recovery team west and had always discharged myself now wanting help.

Since having a mental breakdown I have gone back and asked for help and they have welcomed me back and gave me on appointment as soon as they could. Whilst waiting for my appointment I walked in and was able to see someone the same day. The woman I saw is someone I have previously seen and worked with and trust. i believe the service has gone up and is more patient focused now. Thank you.
