After 2/half years of pain and discomfort along with unanswered questions from a urologists that I have to put a complaint in against, I was then referred to a particular consultant, and my experience couldn't be better.
He is gentle and is so experienced in his line of work he really makes you feel truly comfortable. Thanks to him my life has now been changed for the better, being diagnosed with intercystial cystitis was never pleasant and effected my life greatly in terms of work, social life and my relationship, but atleast I know the symptoms I was experiencing wasnt all in my head.
Although this whole thing happened a few years back I think it's so important to get good feedback (especially after having to complain about another doctor) as it makes you feel appreciated for all the hard work they do!
Can't thank him and his team enough
