Just wanted to say how impressed I was with the experience I had today at the breast clinic in The Bobby Moore Unit. My appointment was 8.35am. I was called in to see the consultant very soon afterwards. Having seen her, I was sent for a mammogram, then an ultrasound scan, informed that the lump in my breast was a cyst, which was aspirated there and then, following which I was called back to the consultant and discharged ... all within an hour! All the staff I saw were respectful, professional and polite. A fantastic service from our fantastic NHS! Thank you.
