What I liked

The staff at the Frenchay Day Hospital Unit were all excellent! Professional and helpful. The facilities were visibly clean and in a good state of repair. The seating and reception area could perhaps be improved, but is perfectly adequate for a day hospital.

What could be improved

The time at which the procedure was conducted; i.e. earlier in the morning (obviously this depended on availability of resources in the hospital). The hospital itself is obviously due for closure so the building itself is not great.

The staff at the Frenchay Day Hospital Unit were excellent! Professional and helpful. I wish to thank them all. I hope that a form of day and community hospital remain at Frenchay after the main hospital closure, alongside other units such as Cosham and the Emersons green treatment centre to enable local convenient access to minor services (such as clinics, diagnostics and check ups)
