So today I went to the Manchester clinic, receptionist was a lovely young lady very softly spoken and had a kind smile. Unlike the hard faced lady I was met with yesterday who didn't even engage in any eye contact!! Today my app was at 10.45 I was seen first at 11.30 they told I had to wait to have consent with a nurse, I then waited until 12.40 and was taken down stairs to another waiting room, finally had consent with the manager not at nurse!! Told it could be another few hours for my treatment! A few ladies from Ireland had to re book flights as it was taking such a long time.

When i was called for the treatment at 3pm I was taken into a small room and told to remove my bottom half. A nurse then came in and said sorry there are 2 more ladies before u, I had to get re dressed and was taken back to the waiting room. Before going back to the waiting room I was taken into the recovery room where there were lots of ladies who had the treatment looking very disoriented, This made my nervous even worst!!!

Waited another hour for treatment, when taken in the doctors were great and the procedure was quick and pain less!

Taken into recovery where they were very nice but felt rushed to get up dressed and out! I felt very dizzy but was told it was time to go. Walking up the stairs and waited in the waiting room for my taxi home.

The treatment itself was great!!! The staff were kind and most of them happy to help!

The clinic is clean, overall just a long day!!!
