"The care given to my friend"

About: Highland Hospice

(as a friend),

My friend, had cancer and in her final weeks she was in the Highland Hospice. The care given to her, her family and friends was amazing. They allowed her family to sleep in her room and friends to visit at any time. They made such an awful time a little easier. I can't thank them enough for what they did for my friend.

Dear Alesbales,

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your friend and the experiences of her care at Highland Hospice. May I send you my condolences at this difficult time. It is a privilege to hear that the staffs actions & kindness helped to ensure that as much time as possible could be spent with your friend. It sounds like that was a very special and meant a lot to you all.
