This is the worst Doctors practice I have ever had the misfortune to come across. The Reception staff give out information one day that you rely upon and then another member of reception will dispute it. There appears to be a game of good cop, bad cop going on constantly. I have suffered from periods of anxiety and have frequently been left in tears due to mix ups or miscommunications with my medication. It has made unpleasant times, infinitely worse - as a Practice they should be ashamed to reduce a person to tears of distress the amount of times they have to me.

I honestly hope that something changes before they ruin someone's life completely
